HOW TO SPA RESPONSIBLY AT TRAVERTINE

ARRIVAL

It is recommended to arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please allow sufficient time prior to your treatment to complete our spa consultation form and/or health questionnaire. Late arrivals might result in a reduction in treatment time.
RESERVATIONS

To ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, please schedule in advance. Gift certificates may be used to hold your appointment. You may reserve by calling +63 917 7000 481 and our concierge team will guide you with the right option. You may also send an email to reserve@travertine.ph and advise us of your preferred date and time. For SPArties and parties of 3 or more, please contact our spa manager for group arrangements, packages and other requests.
CANCELLATION POLICY

We have prepared for your relaxation and wellness moment. We ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling and cancellation policies because a number of resources have been prepared specifically for your service. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least three (3) hours before your scheduled appointment.
PRICES

All prices are quoted in PHP (Philippine Peso) and are subject to change at any time. We will do our best to keep you informed should there be adjustments, still we encourage all guests to inquire about pricing when making a reservation. Gratuities/Tips are not included and are welcomed at your discretion and generosity.
PROMOTIONS AND GIFT CARDS POLICY

Spa packages and promotions cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions, or third party gift certificates. Gift certificates are available any amount and may be purchased at the spa (and soon online). We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, damaged, misplaced or stolen. GCs cannot be redeemed as cash. GCs must be declared when making your appointment.
EXPERIENCE AT HOME

To continue your exquisite Travertine experience at home, our products used in our treatments, suites are available to buy at the concierge. We also have a full line of wellness regimen that can be shared with your family.
VALUABLES & LOST PROPERTY

Travertine accepts no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewelry at any time on the spa premises. All lost property found on the premises should be handed in at reception. Items will be stored for a month, if they are not collected within this time they will be donated to charities. Liquids, undergarments and hairbrushes will be disposed of at the end of the day.
HEALTH CONCERNS

Prior to treatment, please advise the Travertine team of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect the treatments or use of the facilities. Kindly answer the consultation form and health questionnaire truthfully. Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions or any other medical complications are advised to consult their doctors before signing up for any spa services.
CHILDREN'S POLICY

Access to the inner sanctum of the Travertine including the changing facilities, spa and wellness areas are restricted to over 18's. We are delighted to welcome children of guests over the age of 10 accompanied by an adult up to the consultation suites only.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Guests are prohibited from bringing any outside food or beverage into the spa.

MOBILE DEVICES

Our spa is a sanctuary of peace and enjoyment, we ask that mobile devices be set to silent or turn off upon arrival. Please respect the other guest’s right to privacy and serenity. We highly discourage making calls or browsing on social media to ultimately unplug you from the digital world and be really present at Travertine.
RETURN POLICY

We will exchange any products, provided that product is unopened, unused and presentable. Please bring the original receipt when returning or exchanging any product.
SMOKE FREE FACILITY

Pursuant to the local government order, smoking in enclosed facilities is prohibited. Vapes are also not allowed.
